The City of Covington would like to make citizens and businesses aware that the Chestnut Street Underpass from Lexington Avenue to S. Highland Street will be closed. This closure will take place on Friday, April 5, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This is due to light upgrades Dominion will make to the lights located at the underpass.
