The Council of the City of Covington and the Planning Commission will hold a joint Public Hearing on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 4:30 p.m., in Council Chambers, 333 W. Locust St., Covington, VA 24426 to act on the
following application:

Special Use Permit for William P. Broughman, to consider permitting use for minor work on cars like oil changes
and antifreeze changes. This property is described as 719 N. Pocahontas Avenue, MCA #3, Lot 19 Blk 91, Tax Map -9—291–19-.

The application may be viewed at the office of the Interim Zoning Administrator at City Hall, 333 W. Locust St.,
Covington, VA from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday -Friday.
