CALENDAR

Sorry, we couldn't find any events.

The City of Covington would like to make citizens and businesses aware of some upcoming Columbia Gas upgrades. Columbia Gas and Miller Pipeline will be working to install new service lines. Weather permitting, the service upgrades are to begin on Monday, March 13th, and continue until April 10th.

The construction project will take place Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this construction project, Dry Run, Hillcrest, Pocahontas, Poplar, and Princeton will be roads that will be affected by the gas line replacement. During the project, one or more roads will have flagging in place to help direct traffic. There may be some instances where road closure is needed, however, residents will be able to get through the construction in designated areas.

Please remember to allow for time and adjust your regular commute schedule.
If you would like any more information or have questions, please contact the Public Works Office at (540) 965-6321 or (540) 965-6322.
