The City of Covington would like to announce that effective Monday, July 19, 2021, Mr. Bob Howard will assume the position of Deputy Director of Public Works. Bob has been with the City for twenty-one years serving four years with the Parks and Recreation Department and the past seventeen in Public Works. Bob will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in our Public Works Department.
