Location: City of Covington, Jeter-Watson Center-515 E. Pine St.

The City of Covington deems that it is necessary to take emergency actions to repair the boiler at the Jeter-Watson Center to prevent any issues with providing the heat throughout the building.

• Quickest and most fiscally responsible option has been selected based on current emergency need and supply/ cost environment.
• Specialized work is required related to this boiler line in the Jeter-Watson Center.
• Provider is experienced with the boilers and located in close proximity and can provide replacement, removal of debris, and all required repairs as necessary.

This is a required emergency procurement for the repairs to the boiler which are necessary to provide heat throughout the building.
