Notice is hereby given that the Council for the City of Covington, Virginia will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Covington City Hall, pursuant to Section 15.2-1800 of the Code of Virginia (1950 as amended) with regards to a lease agreement for the city’s public/private partnership at the former Nettleton Property.  The private entity being considered is HKG-ING,LLC.

Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his or her views with respect to the above may appear before, and be heard by, the City Council during the Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, Covington City Hall, on the above stated date and time.
