  • The six-acre community park is bordered by the scenic Jackson River.  Main Street Park is "green space" within the city and the Downtown Commercial District and is within the "Historic District" as listed in the National Register.  During the spring and summer months the park is used for socials for area residents who gather for evenings of relation and entertainment.
  • Main Street Park affords a peaceful surrounding for everyone to enjoy walking, boating, and fishing.
